Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders must pay shipping, handling and insurance charges. These fees are calculated based on each individual order. We will package, weigh and measure each shipment and then calculate the shipping cost based on the shipping method you selected during the checkout process. We then add on a handling charge and shipping insurance to every shipment. The shipping insurance is based on the value of items being shipped. The insurance is to guarantee products during the shipping process and is calculated by the shipping carrier.

ORDER FULFILMENT AND SHIPPING:

Most orders ship the same or next business day (Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and shipment. Our 1 to 2-day order processing period does not include transit time by the carrier. Shipment transit times vary based on the customers location.

Orders are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Shipping charges are determined based on package dimension, actual weight and the volume of packages. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
